Included in delivery are 4 flat suction cups with Ø20mm and 1m silicone hose (outer diameter 6mm, inner diameter 4mm).

In this video, the igus gantry system in the Customer Testing Area is introduced. The gantry system is equipped with a pneumatic suction gripper used for pick-and-place tasks.The video begins with an overview of the igus gantry system. This state-of-the-art system is capable of precisely moving objects in a three-dimensional space. It is specifically designed for industrial applications and can perform a variety of tasks.In the next section of the video, we see the pneumatic suction gripper in action. This gripper is capable of handling cartons (packaging material) safely and efficiently.

To be able to offer our customers security, we test your application free of charge in our Customer Testing Area. In this case, it was a palletizing application. The robot was to pick up the pallet and stack it on another position. In order to be able to guarantee the required working space, the robot was additionally mounted on a 7th axis, which led to a higher flexibility of the application.

In this customer test, a three-dimensional portal was tested in combination with a 4-finger vacuum gripper from Eberle. The gripper passed the test with ease. It is perfect for plates up to 2 kg and can be used in a wide variety of areas.

Components from 50mm to 200mm can be easily accommodated. However, Eberle can also produce H-profiles up to 350mm on customer request.

In this application, a Robolink DP 5-axis robot, on which a 4-finger vacuum gripper is mounted, automatically loads milled parts from a specified position into a Fanuc Robodrill CNC machine. In this specific customer application, a cost-effective solution for loading and unloading a laser engraving machine was sought and successfully implemented. The igus ReBeL robot takes on the task of picking up the parts to be engraved and precisely placing them into the machine. Subsequently, a linear system equipped with a laser engraving head carries out the engraving process. Once the engraving is complete, the robot removes the processed part from the machine and places it for further processing or packaging.

Thanks to the low cost of the cobot, the investment in this automated solution pays off in a very short time, making it particularly attractive for companies looking to reduce their production costs while simultaneously increasing efficiency.

In this video, we present an advanced solution for downstream sprue separation of clip bearings in injection molding production. The application utilizes a Delta robot system, IRC, rotary conveyor, an igus vacuum gripper with rotation unit, and a Zimmer gripper to optimize the process and increase efficiency.
